Service Description

60 minute initial nutrition assessment Two 30 minute follow ups 2 week meal plan Weekly check-ins via text message Up to a 30 minute wrap up session in the last week.

Cancellation Policy

$100 charge if your session is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
