Service Description

1 hour initial nutrition assessment Six 30 minute follow ups 3 month meal plan - to be created after initial appointment. Choice of grocery store tour/cooking class/extra follow up. Weekly check-ins via text message. Up to 1 hour wrap up session in the last week.

Cancelation Policy

$100 charge if your session is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
