1 hour Initial Nutrition Assessment Four 30 minute follow ups 2 month meal plan - created after our initial appointment. Weekly check-ins via text message Up to 1 hour wrap up session in the last week.

Cancellation Policy

$100 charge if your session is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
